Return to Mug & Mill Clubs page The Green Mill Dining Club Program is sponsored by Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. By becoming a member of the Green Mill Dining Club, members agree to receive advertising, marketing material and other communications from Green Mill except where expressly declined. Green Mill Dining Club membership is open to individuals of at least 18 years of age. Employees of Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their spouses, parents or children are not eligible for this membership. Enrollment becomes effective and acceptance of these terms and conditions begins when a new member enrolls in the Green Mill Dining Club. Green Mill may change the programs rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for review, add or withdraw participating restaurants, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. may change or terminate program partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual or any one purchase. Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. may, at any time, terminate or modify the Green Mill Dining Club program and program rules without any further obligations to members. Abuse of the Green Mill Dining Club including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of rewards, points or promotional offers and misrepresentation of facts relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. in the its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the member’s account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued and cancelation of previously issued unused rewards. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the Green Mill Dining Club, Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. reserves the right to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneys’ fees and court costs. Green Mill Restaurant Holdings, Inc. reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in the terms and conditions. All determinations by Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions. As a condition of membership, Green Mill Dining Club members receive print point statements, Green Mill Dining Club updates and other related materials at the discretion of Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. reserves the right to cease mailing of Green Mill Dining Club updates and related material to any Green Mill Dining Club member. Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. reserves the right to make Green Mill Dining Club points and promotional offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographical location, program participation, or information supplied by member. A member may cancel their membership at any time by notifying Green Mill Restaurant Dining Club Customer Service by mail, email, or telephone. Green Mill Dining Club, in its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel an individual membership. If there is no account activity or point-earning from any source posted to a Green Mill Dining Club member’s account for 12 months, the account is subject to closure and termination including forfeiture of all accrued points. Privacy Policy: The information provided by the member will be handled according to the Green Mill Dining Club Privacy Policy If a member is interested in learning more about the Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. privacy practices, please contact us directly. Earning Points: As a member of the Green Mill Dining Club, members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, when member’s Green Mill Dining Club member number is provided at time of purchase in-store. Purchases earn points at the following rate: Points earned will be rounded to the nearest whole number. Points calculations are based upon dollars spent on eligible purchases excluding tax and tip. Members do not earn points when redeeming Dining Club Rewards. Membership cards and points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Green Mill Restaurants, Inc. is not responsible for communications lost due to change of address or other contact information. Points that remain on member’s account expire and are forfeited when the program is terminated. All points and subsequent rewards must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the Green Mill Dining Club program.
