We start with a selection of hearty salads to get you going. Our Apple and Baby Kale Salad is a hit for those who love superfoods and our Cilantro Lime Shrimp Salad is also a favorite, along with our Cobb and Caesar salads with grilled chicken.
If you’re looking for something a little more robust, our Classic Mill Sirloin is mouthwateringly delicious. For our patrons with gluten concerns, it is served without fries or bread, but we have plenty of other great sides to pair with it, like roasted baby red potatoes or mashed potatoes.
In addition, you can choose any of the burgers on our menu to be prepared gluten-friendly. We will substitute an Udi’s gluten-free bun and replace the fries with fruit.
With the help of Udi’s gluten-free pizza crusts, you can order your very own Green Mill pizza with as many toppings as you’d like. All of our gluten-friendly pizzas are 10 inches in diameter.
