Signature dishes are the heart and soul of any great restaurant’s menu and Green Mill’s signature dishes are no exception. In fact, one of our signature dishes is our claim to fame. At Green Mill Restaurant and Bar, we take care of expertly crafting each appetizer, entree, and dessert, and that’s why we have amazing dishes that keep customers coming back for more.

  • Deep Dish Pizza: Since 1975, our award-winning Deep Dish Pizza has been a hit. In fact, it is our claim to fame! Pizza lovers from all over the Midwest came to St. Paul to try our mind-blowing pizza and continued to frequent Green Mill as we expanded our locations throughout the Upper Midwest. Our signature deep dish crust, topped with delicious sauce, melty cheese, and fresh toppings, has won many a pizza aficionado over and we’re sure you’ll love it too.
  • Desert Fire Pasta: Once you try our Desert Fire Pasta, you’ll never be the same. Green Mill Restaurant patrons have been addicted to this delicious dish since 1991. With its perfectly sautéed shrimp, mouthwatering mushrooms, and pepper cream sauce with a kick, you’re bound to go to pasta heaven with your first bite.
  • KaBeeLo Lodge Walleye: We developed this signature dish after a successful fishing trip in Ontario and haven’t looked back since. This battered fish dish is pan-fried or grilled to perfection and has been a fan favorite for years! We know when you pair this Walleye with a few of our favorite sides, you won’t be able to resist.
  • Buffalo “Dixie” Wings: Everyone loves a good Buffalo Wing, and our Buffalo “Dixie” Wings are nothing short of excellent. With a solid run of over 20 years on the menu, these wings have stood the test of time and keep blowing away new patrons’ day after day. If you’re a wing fan, we’re sure you’ll love these!
  • Italian Ciabatta: This sandwich has been a fan favorite for years! Green Mill patrons love this mixture turkey, ham, salami, provolone, tomato, lettuce, oregano vinaigrette, and mayo really is what sandwich dreams are made of. We’ll even let you choose if you want it served hot or cold!
  • Millhouse Club: Our Millhouse Club is a traditional club- with a Green Mil twist. Delicious, toasted whole wheat bread topped with mayo and combined with smoked bacon, tasty turkey breast, two types of cheese, Monterey and cheddar, and fresh tomatoes and lettuce will have you coming back for lunch every day of the week.
